Just before the clock strikes 12, at midnight, there is great anticipation! This happens in the movies, on new year's eve, before any great celebration, birthdays etc. 
Before Midnight (B4Midnight) presents an array of local news, stories, events and whatever happened throughout the day, as well as predicting what will happen the next day, i.e after midnight.
